Hi,
I'm trying to link 2 eggdrops, one local and one remote. I get the Lost connection while identing error. Linking of two eggdrops on tthe same box is no problem. What can I do to iron this out?

I believe I am, because I am adding the same bot to another bot with exact same settings, and they link.

Re-check ports using ".dccstats".
Sometimes (due to firewall crap) an automatic link cannot be achieved.
