im looking for a script that has blacklist

add, del, list commands

and when a blacklist host/ip join the network (not channel)

akilled!

How would the eggdrop be made aware of the connecting client?

i dont know.....

i found many tcl scripts that akill blacklist hosts when they JOIN channels

im looking for connect....

Well, if the irc server doesn't tell your eggdrop about connecting clients, there is no way for your eggie to act upon it.
When a client joins a channel, any and all members of that channel is usually informed of the joining client, hence the eggdrop has something to react upon.

That would depend on what means your irc-server provide...
