[MouseSkills|Bot ERROR reply]: no telnet port
how can i fix this? i also remembering another command to get into chat with bot, but i forget it.

You need to set a listen port in the conf file for either "users" or "all".

listen 1337 all

Try setting it higher:

listen 30035 all
