Adds lookup by ICAO (international airport) code.
Changed "precipitation" to "history" as it now includes previous day's high and low.

I updated to the new version and notice that if I do..
.wz London UK
It keeps asking me to recheck the country code so I tried..
.wz London, UK
With a coma and it worked, other countries don't require a coma but UK does?? I'm just used to it without the coma for years. Is this a bug or just how it has to be done now? .wz London UK without coma still works on old version.

Edit: I removed england:UK:UK from the list and it fixed UK to work without a coma
