setting channel modes..

I am trying to set the channel modes that bot has...

At this point I have been forced to set chanserv default setting for my channel to what the bot has or they will dual it out until eternity.

I need to remove +s from the bot settings for the channel

I also need to remove the +i from the bot settings for the channel

It keeps setting the channel to invite only.. and need it removed.. but I cant seem to find where I set this as a default.. I find it in the .chan file.. but its dynamically generated and keeps getting overwritten
