Hey annyone want to make a script that reminds on a certain date

If i want to be reminded that my friend got a birthday. i would just set
!remind 2008-07-22 My friends birthday is today.
and on that date it will announce to whatever chan i set
iknow there is 1 almost like this. But i can just set minutes in that one.
Want to have one that announce on given date and the 2 or 3 times on given times like 00:00 then 6 hours later it announces again.
