.help userinfo

When the bot loads you see -

Userinfo TCL v1.07 loaded (URL BF GF IRL EMAIL DOB PHONE ICQ).
use '.help userinfo' for commands.

but when you do .help userinfo at the prompt the return is -

No help available on that.

Am I missing something? I'm using eggdrop v1.6.10 on BSD/OS 4.0.1 with Tcl version: 8.3.0

add this line to your conf:
loadhelp userinfo.help

If you have correctly installed your eggdrop, and not deleted any files to reduce space tacken byu the boit, then there should be no need to download the file.
