what you need is HTML help and eggdrop forum sure doesn't have anything to do with HTML 
Anyways, a few pointers you might wanna look at:
validator: http://validator.w3.org/
HTML 4.01 reference: http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_reference.asp
CSS2 reference: http://www.w3schools.com/css/css_reference.asp
use http://www.google.com to look for web designig help/tutorials/examples
The HTML is full of errors and deprecated tags. One thing too should be considered, does everybody have a screen resolution bigger than 800*600 or even when they have resolution bigger than that, do they really browse in full screen ? You have defined the main.html table width 880.

I KNOW that html dosent fits in here, but wtf the site has with eggdrops to do dosent it ? and for god sake did u ever read that the site was underconstruction? next time you will replay anyone on this forum READ it from top to down before you answer.

well u didn't tell u wanted a review on the eggy part or i assume mainly the tcl library u have there. As the site is still under construction, isn't it good to have tips before it's done? There are lots of 'sites' that don't get hits though they might have good info, that's all because of bad design.
Maybe this topic should be moved to 'announcements & other stuff'.

Well I didn't snap off or atleast I didn't wanna bring up that kinda behaviour. As teh topic says:"What you think.." . ).I commented HTML/design because that was all there is to comment currently.. I think you too ppslim agree that it's better plan first and then do than do and fix all the time along time goes on.
Anyways my intention wasn't and isn't to make FoRc look bad, I just wanted to give my 2 cents to the design/html cause I don't (yet atleast) have anything to contribute to the actual content

bad design? i think this is an misunderstood, i just wanted to hear peoples point about eggies.net isnt it always good with more eggdrops site's on the web? well what i know is egghelp.org then only site that really works, etc.. egghead the site, aint working that good, so i wanted to make a eggdrop site that is more simple then egghelp.org to understand and more extreme futures, its always good to broadcast a new site so ppl know it, so people can keep visit for fresh updates, i named that the site was underconstruction and it still is, but fokes dosent need to say "whata crap" use more like "well needs a lill work on" that is kinda more adult i think, also eggies.net are going to make a new tcl scripting group so the scripts for the moment on eggies.net can be find on egghelp.org its just temp.

I think you're overreacting to morfeus' comments. Yes they were blunt and to the point, but nowhere did he insult you or your site. You asked for comments, he offered constuctive critisism. Critisism is a *good* thing when its constuctive - we can learn through our mistakes. If he'd made those comments on a site that I'd made, I'd be happy that he'd pointed out my errors, and suggested ways to lean how to do it properly.
Maybe its a syndrome of the modern web, but people just can't seem to take critisism any more. The most helpful people on the net have always been blunt and to the point - they don't have any time to be anthing but that.
