Hi,
I have some suggestion to add in this script if possible :

1 -Access :Owner
Add a commands to see the list of all users (for all chan) and possibility to remove them whithout beign in these channel(by a privat command) .

2 - Access :Owner
Add a commands to remove automatically users from the list if no see for a specified duration.

It's all for now and thank you for this wonderfull script

Checked out ur 1.9 script a bit, didn't run it tho.

Can u put the cmdchar into the help?
When u change the cmdchar into ! the help prolly will still show .'s.
If not, i'll change it myself when u publish the english version.
I prefer !'s above .'s.
