my bot is Roor access on my server and some bad ppl flood in it .I already have a list of ip flood in file kill.txt.
i want my bot to akill when receive notice with ip *@216.75.* in blackip.txt

in my blackip.txt as:
216.75.*
56.23.*
72.13.*
and i wish if i can add new ip like this
i want to add the ips lwhen i type this !akill *@216.75.*
