Tcl error [welcome:join]: random limit must be greater than zero
what is?where is the problem?how i can resolve?

It's a Tcl error in one of your scripts. You'll have to paste the content of the "welcome:join" procedure and perhaps provide more detailed error information (.set errorInfo).
