Where I can download good tcls without bugs.

Other Tcl repositories are on ftp://ftp.eggheads.org/

Note, Tcl scripts are not commercial software, and do not need to be supported. As such, nobody can gurantee bug free software, not can they gurantee fixes should a bug be discovered.

The only bug free script is the one you make, and fix yourself.

I want tcl for windrop, not for eggdrop.

windrop is eggdrop. windrop is just the name for a eggdrop compile for use on windows. It's the same code.

Only scripts that require *nix specific commands will not work on windrops
