Length of time to be oped
His Op being idle (inactivity on the channel)

I’m no expert, but I’ve used pisg in the past. From my experience there is no script exclusively for op stats but you can easily create a page that picks up logs of only the op nicks and publishes their stats.
I’m in a rush because it’s late here, but I’ll surely give it more thought and experiment to see if what I’ve blurted off my sleepy head can be applied.
For now you could try out the logic. Best of luck.
