Eggdrop under windows2000 whit ipv6 support

Dread the thought.
It is very very doubful.. In fact, make that you wont find this support.
Normal eggdrop doesn't support it yet, so don't expect windrops too.
99.99% of IPv6 bots are likely to be run on *nix. Any code that adds IPv6 support to eggdrop code, is likely to be *nix specific.
You could try contacting the fellows at http://sourceforge.net/projects/windrop/ and see if then can help you any more.
