My bot has op in my channel and everytime someone enteres and it gives them voice it removes it after.
Also when bans are set in the channel not by me the bot removes them. How do I stop the bot from doing this?

Go here:
http://www.egghelp.org/commands/channels.htm
and find:
nodesynch
nodesynch allow non-ops to perform channel modes? (stops bot from fighting with services such as ChanServ)
Does that sound like it might be it?
How to use .chanset is also mentioned on that page.
I hope that helps.
