Bot won't start at all

Just installed an eggdrop but he won't start at all
Getting only following

No idea what causes tcl error, it's the basic config and no tcl scripts loaded

Do not use the ssl patch for 1.6.20 under any circumstances. It's a total failure. Please read http://www.eggheads.org/news/2011/05/25/39
