Looking for a Script that Unshorts tinyurl / bit.ly etc to the real url and post it in a channel

Webby does this. It can tell when given a url which redirects, and will then display the final url it arrived at _OR_ when given a url which is a direct url. One that does not redirect anywhere, it will then give a short-url for that. Examples are shown above.
