I've moved this thread back to the tcl scripts forum at the author's request. My last post left some lose ends so I'll define "script request" as follows: a thread in which the submitter's initial post indicates no involvement in writing the code.

If the initial post is not deemed a "request" but several posts later it turns out helpers would doing virtually all the work with little involvement from the submitter, then it can be moved to the requests forum.

I hope that's not too confusing
