How do i get my scripts to save the settings i use in my scripts so it don't resets when i do a .rehash??

Store all your settings in a file and read them on rehash. Go to http://www.scriptics.com/man/tcl8.3/TclCmd/contents.htm and read up on 'read', 'puts', and 'file.
