How can I put my bot to check some nick in irc (not in channel), if he/she online or not?

You would need to use something like WATCH (if your ircd supports it) or use ISON on a timer.

Could you tell me example how this WATCH works? And remember that the person who are we looking for is not going to be on same channel as we are.
