How do I change the announcing text color?

I dont see where I can do this.

Currently, its displayed in white and Id like to make it a light blue.

Which files do I need to modify and where?

We have the eggdrop setup to announce on a ftp in an IRC channel. We have sitestat loaded into the eggdrop too.

So when there is activity on the ftp, the eggdrop announces it to the channel. Since the default text is white, we are looking to change that to a light blue or something similar.
