Public trigger?

Hi,
is there a script with a public trigger that will change or remove certain users flags on the bot?
I have searched through a lot of places but can't seem to find one.

This is one of the features (amongst 110 public commands) of my script "The Quickening" which is available from this site, Suninet or my site.

The script has a public chattr command like this:

<botnick> chattr <handle> <+/- flags> <roomname (optional)>

Without the roomname this adds or removes the flags globally, with it, it adds or removes them on the room just like in DCC.

Let me know how you get on and if you need any help with the script.
