deopped even though I'm owner

Hi

I accidently deopped my bot through the IRC channel once and when I opped it again it deopped me.. I'm registered with the bot as owner (and I still am recognized as such when logging into the partyline) but I am not automatically opped as usual, and when I .die the bot, forcing myself to be op of the channel, I am deopped again once the bot reenters and is opped. I am only deopped on that channel.

How should I stop the bot from deopping me?

See if you have the +d (deop) flag (look at .whois yournick on dcc)

Just a trick: .channel #channel
It should list everyone in the channel, and known people to the bot should give their handle and user access. If the handle next to your name is different, that isn't good.

BTW, As a bot owner, set the +f (friend) flag to yourself, does wonders :smile:
