Howdy.. I need some help.. Have anyone write program that logs channels url addresses and when some pastes to channel url it says oldie if anyone has already pasted at some time example:

<stew> say that url
<ukko> http://www.rhead.d2g.com/kuvia/
<bot> oldie!! (stew , sep 11 2001)
