If in the channel are no ops the bot should perform the following command:
/msg o requestop #channel
would be nice if there is a flood protection, so that the bot doesn't flood the network if o is not available, because of netsplits eg.

I need a small script for my bot in quakenet, but don't know much about tcl. Hmm perhaps someone can help me.
