relay script , relay ony phrase not all.

hi , i have two bots linked in diferent networks , but i having some problem to find a script in tcl to relay one simple phrase from my channel , not all others thinks , just a phrase , something like this :

when the bot BOT1 see on channel test1 in network net1
!text
relay automatically to the other bot called BOT2 that is on channel test2 of network net2
but relay the whole phrase started with !text.

im wondering if any one of this forum can do me a great favor and code what i need ,

for me .

is not that what i want i dont need a remote assistance, i need a tcl script that can do what i talk in first post ,

i search but in tcl archive pass whole thinks on the channel not a specify phrase or a word.
is there my problem :S
