Connection Timeouts

Hello,
My isp requiers me to connect to there socks firewall and when i set it in eggdrop 1.6.10 i get [01:02] -ERROR from server- Closing Link: [unknown@255.255.255.255] (Connection Timed Out)
tried diffrent irc servers ports etc ...
i can connect fine with x-chat , bitchx windows clients pirch 98 , mirc so this is related to the eggdrop
any help would be great

NM i fixed it i rewrote net.c to make a few changes ..dont email me asking how cuz i will ignore you just dont email me at all no matter what about becuase i will not answer

try a www. in front of it ..anyways go easy i dont have ton of bandwith
