Can't load module

hi,
I follow instructions from http://windrop.sourceforge.net/compilemodules.html and I compile successfully chanlimit.mod ( http://www.egghelp.org/files.htm#modules ) for windrop under cygwin.
But when I start my bot I got this error:
Can't load modules chanlimit: No start function defined.
any help?

Contact the writer of the module, is the best advice i can give on 3rd party modules. :roll:
