html stats via /names

html stats via /names

I am looking for a script where the bot can do a /names #chan and create an html file listing those names for that chan and topic/ chatter count and each chan has its own html.

I know theres a few scripts but none where the bot don't need to be in the room is why I suggest /names #chan and /topic #chan

Does anyone have a script or can make one?
