Hi all.
my bot is IRCOPs on server and my server regularly flood.I already have a list of ip flood in file blackip.txt.
i want bot will kline when received notice with ip *@216.75.* in blackip.txt

<MyBot> [00:12] -NOTICE- *** Connect/Exit -- from irc.dal.net: Client connecting on port 6667: OnE (~saunam200@216.75.*) [216.75.*] {1} [The Cuong]

in my blackip.txt as:
216.75.*
56.23.*
72.13.*
...
