Hello!

Just upgraded from 1.3.something to 1.6.0. And now
putserv "PRIVMSG $chan :????? ?? ???????, $nick, ?? ?? ?? ?? ?????!"
on a channel looks like
!;548 70 1070@><, Veta_Lana, <K 65 =5 =0 C;8F5!

:wink: How can I make those russian characters look like russian?
