timezone

Hi!
I have a problem with the timezone e offset of my eggdrop 1.6.3

I have set in my config file

set timezone "CET"
set offset "-1"

but now are the 17:00 and the eggdrop say me that are the 15:00
if i set offset "+1" .. the eggdrop time remain the same.
Why?

Sounds like a problem with your providers timezone settings and it's offset with GMT.
