/msg bot Hello & /msg bot pass doesnt work ?!?

I need some help :smile:

/msg bot hello or /msg bot pass <password> doesnt work !
The bot ignores all /msg commands from new users ?-(

If i msg the bot, i got a response.

I have set this in the eggdrop.conf:

set learn-users 1
#unbind msg - hello *msg:hello
#bind msg - myword *msg:hello

So someone here who can help me ?!

uncomment the line:

bind msg - myword *msg:hello

Note, this will only store the user with the default flags, and a hostname.

This can be usful for the included seen module, and auto-mated access to the filkesys, but not much more.

Make sure your default flags are set correct in the config file, as you could be left with a major security issue on your hands.

if u add a new user to the bot it wont work with the "/msg <bot> hello" command...
but the "/msg <bot> pass <password>" should work...
if u added a host to it aswell (dont user ".+user <handle>" instead use ".adduser <nick>" cuz the first one u hafto add host to it aswell =)) and if it still dont work... well then u got a problem :P
