As far as I am aware there isn't a list.

There are so few bot servers available, it is likely your bot wont get on them.

The best way is to just use your bots on any server that works, do not abuse the other polocies and hope for the best.

IRCop's do not go hunting eggdrops for the hell of it (allthough, many people report they do, they don't), but they will ban abusive bots, or bots that do not follow the rules.

Why don't you just read the /motd for each server and find out for yaself their bot policy?

Problem is the shells are in texas... and I´m in sweden ...

So I can´t enter all servers the bots can, and therefore i can´t read all the motd:s

You don't need to.

type "/motd irc.server.name" from your current server.

JensB ppslim is right

my bots sit on undernet although not all the servers officially allow bots, I just enter all the list in my configs with eu first for for my eu bots and vice versa for my us bots.

So far in 18 months of my botnet (over 30 bots atm) been online not a single bot has been klined, just make sure they arent abusive bots and dont push it on clones and you will be just fine.
