My bot invite users to channel via command: putserv "INVITE $user $invitechan"
and every time put into channel message: bot invited user into the channel
It is possible disable this message?

It is probably a function of the irc server, not your bot.
Try an experiment:
Use your own client, to invite someone. See if you get the same message.
I think that if it can be disabled at all, it would be up to the administrators of the irc server.
