Behind CSF Firewall

Post by templarart »

I'm behind a CSF Firewall and I'm not sure what I should be doing. Should I keep a 'UDP' port open at the channel eggdrop is 'listening to'? I tried that, both in and out and I still couldn't connect. I had changed the port # from 3666 to something like 51515 (not the real #). Thanks! :)

I don't know what a "CSF Firewall" is exactly, but if you should open anything, open TCP ports. Eggdrop doesn't use UDP for anything.
