Small anti-flood TCL

Small anti-flood TCL

Hello guys,

I would an anti-flood tcl does only this:

- When you write the same thing for more than 3 times within 10 seconds, you will be kicked.
- When the flood is repeated 3 times within 10 minutes, you will be banned for 5 minutes.

have you looked at slennox's repeat script? from my experience with the script it will take care of that ^^ (in the TCL Archive)
