Webby 1.7 problems

When I load up webby in eggdrop everything seems to go ok except
Webby: Cannot find zlib or trf package! Gzipped url queries will not be used. Enjoy the slow lane! :P
Webby: https NOT supported: tls package NOT found.
but when I use the !webby trigger on a url I get this msg over DCC chat from the bot
Tcl error [webby]: Unknown option -urlencoding, must be: -accept, -proxyfilter, -proxyhost, -proxyport, -useragent
I'm sure I probably missed something basic but any help would be appreciated, thanks
