Eggdrop errors with most efnet servers..

I'm still having trouble connecting to efnet from two diffrent computers, one running XP, the other fbsd. I can connect fine with mirc, bitchx, etc, but the windrop and eggdrop can only connect to prison.net oddly enough. I have no router or anything to interfere like that, each has its own ip also. Here is a bit a grabbed with snort that seems odd:

And so on, for each server, except prison.net. I really don't know what the problem is here, so if anyone has any ideas, feel free to share.
