You would just add your bot to the idlerpg channel, then make it register, using DCC and the .tcl command to putserv your registration and let it park.
There is no script required.

IF you are talking about multirpg, which is a complete rewrite of the original jotun code-base, then there are scripts available via the multirpg forums.

OR, IF you are talking about writing a replica of the idlerpg code into TCL, and running that on an eggdrop... why?
It's best to run what's already made, I doubt anyone will want to make such a huge script for you, so unless you know and can utilise TCL yourself, good luck.
