Help for network Watch bot

Hey so i have seen on some irc networks, they have a bot that ircops can move to a channel they think are being flooded/spammed by bots, and this bot kills those bots.

Will this short script work?

I will try these now.

But if anyone has a idea or script that kills or network bans on channel flood, feel free to share
