I wanna know how i set up user modz...
Like chance an new user stats.. giving him Master status or things like that..
Alow him to get OP, and VOICE, and make notes.. and things like that..
IF anyone could help me...

I´ve tried most of the comands using .help (comand)
But i have´t found the .chattr
