and then he cycles.. no auto half op..
am i adding the right flag? It looks so in .help whois
also i noticed there is now halfop-delay setting like aop-delay..
Is it just me or does this need to be fixed in eggdrop?

I've tested this out, and it doesn't works for me neither. Maybe it's a bug. I tried +y as global and chan flag too, and +l (global/channel) with +autohalfop on the chan. Using eggdrop v1.6.12.
