screw up in the bots configeration

when a person has there name like this {nighthalk} with the {} with sub op6.2 when you try to !kick !pkban or any kick commands they wont work you have to be oped to do it
just thought id let you all know and if there is a fix for it can one of you let me know

ok a friend figured it out when a person has
a name like this {nighthalk} to kick or ban
you got to do it like this
!kick {nighthalk} and it works this is with the sub op 6.2 script
