Can you explain how to ask the bot not to deop oped users.

This is because the channel is set +bitch - in which case it will deop everyone it doesnt know about or does not consdier to be an op.

If you want these poeple to sit around as ops, then I would add them as ops on the bot if I were you.

check your channel settings with .chaninfo #channelname .
If there is a +bitch change it.

.chanset #channelname -bitch
.save

the deoping should stop than.

Or you want your bot to use bitch add all the ops to the bots list with the +o flag so your bot will not deop them. However this will cause any new user to be opped by someone to deoped by your bot's until added in.

This setting is more for paranoid users who worry about channel take overs and people just generally causing problems.

setting the chan +bitch can be usefull or neccessary sometimes. But in my humble opinion, usually it will just cause some trouble.
The ops, at least the ops who use different isp's or an isp who use dhcp and different ip ranges should be able ( and know how to) ident themself to the bot than.
