Cant connect to any network/server

hi
i have installed my eggdrop all works i can connect via telnet but the eggdrop cant connect to a irc server.

on every network the same problem can any1 help me plz?

Either you dont have DNS available on your shell or you are blocking it in some way - you did include the DNS module in your config, didnt you?

If you cannot get DNS, then you will have to use ip addresses rather than urls... which is a slight pain, seeing as usually one url resolves to multiple servers..

if you have it enabled make bot connect to 207.45.69.69

(DNS) Resolved irc.lightning.net to 207.45.69.69 (irc.lightning.net)

i have first taken the simple conf and in this didnt work only ips i think i take now the complete i hope it work
