Is there script, which kick _all_ the flooders, it doens't matter, is flooder op or friend or something, but it must kick it.

are they kicked by script or "hardcoded" flood protection? if they are kicked by script, you should simply add return 0 ifs before punishing with [matchattr $handle o|o $channel] check.

Hmm.. Well, my bot don't simply kick people, who floods and have +afo flags. I have turn -dontkickops and -protectfriends mode on.

friend is higher flag then op. it allows bot punish without revenge, flooding without been punished/ignored and will make him protect them if protectfriends is enabled.
