Is there any .tar.gz precompiled or a special one to use in SuSe ?

No.

Suse doesn't come witht he development Tcl files by default. You need to download them first.

However, if you are still after a pre-compilsed binary, then see the many links in the links section of egghelp.org. There are a few sites with pre-compiles.
