Just had to check it today, we had a netsplit, and odd things happened
[10:34:17] <Minako> [migraine] Pounce baby, pounce baby, pounce pounce POUNCE!

[10:35:15] <Minako> #cometanime afo 08:32
[10:35:15] <Minako> INFO: I like to move it, move it
Now, as you can see, he has gotten the wrong greeting, that one isnt his, its....
[10:38:38] <Minako> Weirdo yes 0 afjmnoptx 10:34 (#cometanime)
[10:38:38] <Minako> #cometanime - 10:34

Is this a bug? Or is it something i have done?

It is a clash of hostnames.

His hostname, is matching one of the hostmasks in your user-record.

Try using tighter masks.
