Join/Part flood

Anybody can help me with a tcl that does this:
To catch 6 repeat msg per 5 sec from different users and put +m and at the same time the protection not to be for join but for part.To have the same with text repeat to notices: 6 notices in 5 sec from different users to put +m.
Anybody have any idea?

Have you searched the TCL page? I'm sure there would be such script that can be configured to work the way you want.

The other alternatives is to use a repeatkick script and *merge* with sentinal.tcl script which can be found inside your eggdrop/scripts dir
